This contest is open to all individuals who maintain a Twitter account. The 15 most popular questions will be sent to Tim O'Reilly and Beth Noveck, who will pick the winning question. The author of the winning question will receive a free, signed copy of Beth Noveck's book, "Wiki Government." We will contact the winner via Twitter that they have won.
If the winner is at Web 2.0 Expo New York, they can pick up the book onsite. Otherwise we will mail the winner the copy at no cost to them.
